Healthy Choice: Free hot soup (PHO), with chicken or beef, noodle soups, meat, fish or chicken salads, stir-fry meat or scallops with vegetables, fresh shrimp rice paper rolls, spit roast pork, chicken with lemongrass, ginger steamed fish, stir-Fried mixed vegetables and jasmine rice. Occasionally eat: coconut-based curries, fried foods, such as finger crab cakes and spring rolls.

Indian

Healthy Choice: Dry curries of meat, chicken or vegetables, lean meat kebabs, tandoori chicken or lamb, dhal, NAAN and Roti bread, cooked rice, cucumber and yogurt sambal, chutneys. Eating occasionally: Deep-Fried finger food like samosas and bhajias, fried bread like chapati and Puri, pappadums, parathas.

Thai

Healthy choice: Thai beef salad, satays, dry curries, stir-fry, meat, chicken or fish with vegetables, crisp and clear, hot shrimp soup (Tom Garn Goong), grilled chicken satays, jasmine rice. Occasionally eat: coconut-based curries like Thai green curry, fried foods, such as finger crab cakes and spring rolls, crispy fried noodles.
