water accounts for up to 98 percent of our body, and without this life-giving fluid, you and I would not survive. The human body can survive for up to three weeks on the water alone. Try to survive without water and it could be four to five days. It is a truly amazing and health sustaining fluid, and it's only water!

What are we doing out of the water that our body needs, and can not live without? It's the benefit for the flexibility of water, and what they are for our bodies is that the most important part. All our body functions on the cells in our blood, giving them the nutrients and minerals they need for carrying out these vital functions. How can our cells achieve this end? Most teachers recommend just water. Why we need our bodies so hydrated? To qualify for the metabolism and burn muscle occur, there must be plenty of water and plenty of oxygen. Oh, wait a minute, there is another advantage of the water. It contains oxygen, a substance our body just can not get enough of. Water also helps to flush the lactose acid that is in our muscles when we work, or the excessive use. The lactose acid can build up and cause pain, stiffness and muscle pain.

So, if you look at the benefits that water and you try to maintain health and fitness, you can not ignore the fact that the water to one part of your daily intake. But how much water we need for proper care of our bodies, and help fuel our metabolic processes? The most commonly recommended amount is eight glasses of 8 ounces per day. Personally, I believe this amount should be closer to 10 ounces eight glasses per day.

What other benefits may include water supply, other than the obvious complement to our body fluids? Water helps the skin healthy and glowing. It helps in reducing wrinkles, and AIDS in our ability to flush fat, toxins and other unwanted or foreign objects from our body. Flushing our intestines with plenty of water allows us to produce a stable and safe quantities of yeast and bacteria. Water keeps our thinking and brain function at optimum levels, and prevent headaches caused by not enough moisture. It's pretty amazing what a little glass of water that can do!
