Even thousands of years ago, in the early phase of civilization, the people in those parts of the world such as Egypt and Babylon were aware of the many health benefits of flax on the way to a healthy and disease-free system.

Linseed oil with a high content of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is an essential fatty acid that we have to consume the food as our body is not producing. Once in the body, ALA is in EPA and DHA. ALA also helps in improving immune function, cancer prevention, and male infertility.
