I believe that the knife and fork are the most dangerous weapons in America, because they kill millions every day! I'm fairly in line with eating right. I think part of my "secret" is the 1 or 2 "splurge" day a week to eat whatever I want. The other days require strict compliance with the health support regime. Psychologically, this reduces the pressure to cheat, because I know that what I'm craving, I can on my "splurge" days.
You can use a little online research and maybe listen to the radio talk-show programs, to provide information on the diet much!
I have a blood pressure monitor cuff, a blood sugar test kit and a cholesterol monitoring kit from the pharmacy to check my levels. Although these are not as accurate as the test you may receive in the hospital, they serve as valuable indicators of your health. If there is something from the series, then you can contact the hospital, the most accurate measurements.
My loss is exercise. That is a shame, because it not an Olympian effort to stay healthy. My goal is to walk 30 minutes every day. Simple right? But I do not do it consistently. Again, it is more mental than physical. You have just the small amount of time to just do it! Given the physical and psychological benefits that victims so little time is a good investment.
If I order just one thing, but I think the important thing is nutrition. For me, that from what you eat, how to complement and fasting. A concept, which at the bottom of this page.
There is another area of the cleaning and decontamination that I am currently experimenting with as well. This includes the fasting and the use of special kits to clean and detoxify the systems of the body. Conceptually, it seems a good idea. I have not used these kits long enough to give an opinion. Fasting, however, is a tried and true way to show them physical cleaning as well as the mental and psychological benefits.
