The health benefits are enormous married.

Studies have shown that if you are a single man, you have an increased risk of dying at an earlier stage, as if one was married. If you are married but you have a much higher chance of living a healthier and happier life.

A recent study showed that a married man had a 9% lower risk of dying in each year as a male. For women the figure was 3%.

Why is this so? It could be the social support of the partner, or someone who is for them. Or it could be that an individual has an excessive lifestyle.

Married men are more likely to exercise, eat breakfast, and regular health check-ups and are less likely to smoke. Some people are more psychological problems such as depression and loneliness.

The positive effects of marriage are, however, that a good marriage. An unhappy relationship actually increases your blood pressure if your spouse. Your blood pressure when you are away from your spouse. In a good marriage, the opposite is true.

Marital stress doubled the chance of diabetes or a heart attack. A good marriage will strengthen your immune system and reduces the risk of heat illness by reducing stress. The benefits are better physical health, more resistance to infection, fewer infections, and a reduced likelihood of dying from cancer, cardiovascular disease, by all the major killer. All this leads to a longer and happier life.

If you have a good marriage you have less depression, less anxiety, phobias fewer and fewer injuries.

So, if not happily married is good for you, what can you do to ensure that it is good, and that it remains? Here are a few tips.

(1) communicate. For example, talk to each other every day, apart from the time to do this, without distractions.

(2) Say nice things to supplement your spouse, they show that they appreciate.

(3) Remind yourself every day why you are so happy with your partner.

(5) Avoid the rejection of your partner. Pay attention to when your partner is a certain point, to you, and make sure that you respond positively.

(7) Be open and honest with your spouse.

Married is better for you in the following ten species. (1) It is safer, (2) It can save your life, (3) You can use your child's life, (4) You will earn more money, (5) You will get much richer, (6) It is less promiscuity, (7) Do you have a better mental health, (8) You will be happier, (9) Your kids love you more, and (10) You need to be better and more frequent sex.

While in a good healthy relationship is married best for you because they are a good and healthy not married long-term relationship has similar health benefits. But most of the studies have shown that health benefits are married much bigger than the health benefits of the budget.
