It used to be that you need to go to a special health food to be found, super green. No, I am not talking about spinach, celery, cucumber or kale. I'm talking about a relatively new category of dietary supplements, the best of several nutrient-dense foods and puts them in powder, liquid capsule form. super greens are generally referred to as the dark because of their grass-like (and often grass-tasting) color, and come from many sources, including wheat grass, alfalfa, barley grass, spirulina and Chlorella to name a few. Slowly but surely, this mighty mineral boosters have their way onto the shelves of conventional grocery stores and is proving to be the saving grace added.

Which is right for you?

Fortunately, there are several companies that master the art of the creation of green food by many of the above-mentioned green (if not all of them) in a form. What's more, many of the "condensed" versions also contain probiotics (or the good bacteria for the intestine). Green foods are not cheap, it might be a good idea, a few packs of each person before buying a larger tank . If this is not the case, in capsule form, green foods are usually associated with water or juice. If you have the taste and grassy beach with a green drink everyday, you are likely to benefit.
