Cauliflower is easy to obtain as soon as they are available year round. It is usually inexpensive and offers a big bang for the buck. A flexible vegetables, it is delicious and can be prepared and served a variety of ways. Raw of course is always great. Enjoy the delicious florets of the hands. Cauliflower can be cut into salads, mixed with coal in a healthy cabbage salad recipe, or in soups and stews.
