Although most of us know that food is simply a source of energy for our bodies, we also know that we can provide for much more. For most of us food is a kind of comfort that we did not find can everywhere else in life. but beyond that comfort, if we make the right food, they may also deals with the improvement of health and to promote weight loss in the same time.
I know that probably sounds too good to be true, but it is the truth. Let me begin by saying that stress can have a negative impact on our weight.
