Would not you prefer to PREVENT health problems, which can handle it? It is possible to do that, simply by strengthening your immune system! Here are some tips for your whole family to follow, so you can all live healthier and not so often sick!
* Eat healthy. Focus on eating mainly organic food. There are grocery stores like Trader Joe's Market and the mother, the organic food on pretty much the same cost as "normal" food, I think organic is not just in my budget, but I have proved wrong! Go to a business, specializing in organic foods, and you will see that the prices are very competitive.
* Make fruit a part of your diet, such as blueberries, wolfberries, açaí berries, raspberries, etc. They are high in antioxidants, which means they bring oxygen to the cells through the fight against free radicals that attack, because you are every day from all the toxins in your body. * Take a part of your daily routine. Make it a priority! Wake up half an hour earlier, or take half an hour of your evening, to your exercise routine, instead of just slouching on the couch. Even on foot, if you have the opportunity to walk places instead of car or bus, park farther away from the entrance, go down the stairs instead of the elevator.
* Make sure you have enough sleep at night. Our body needs to get out of the day. During the time that we sleep, our muscles grow and our cells renew themselves. Sleep is not necessary! Make it a priority to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
* Keep stress to a minimum. Try not to federal government about small things. Try more relaxed if it is not always easy to do, for some people (it is not always easy for me, I must admit)
* Take a good natural, whole food supplements, as one of Young Living Essential Oils.
* Use personal products that are not sodium lauryl sulfate, propylene glycol, or any other toxins. Check the labels on your shampoo, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, makeup, etc. After all, what we do in our bodies there will be interspersed. We do not want to respond to the toxins that we breathe is already in the environment we live in!
* Use of cleaning agents, toxin-free. Most detergents, multipurpose cleaners and toilet cleaners on the market today with toxic chemicals, it is terrible!
