1. Determine, no matter what, to allow time for themselves. For some people, maybe it's a soothing bubble bath at the end of the day. For others, it could be a quick trip to the local gym. The activity does not matter as long as they take some time for themselves.

2. Listen to quiet, soothing music on the way to work while at work, and while you sleep. Music is a way of calming and soothing the mind body.

3. Practice deep abdominal breathing periodically throughout the day. Breathe deeply through the nose to pull the navel toward the spine, hold for a few seconds and then slowly release. The people will be pleasantly surprised at how this simple technique can be applied in a relaxed body and mind. This can be done in any environment.

4. Take time to exercise. Exercise to improve self-esteem, decrease depression, increase concentration and energy, and agreed to be a greater sense of control over stress.
