I once knew a man who has a lot in his life. Several broken bones, a couple of Concussion, a lot of stress, damaged brain cells, etc. But this fellow was unique. Shortly thereafter, he celebrated its 49th birthday he challenged a much younger friend to a push-up contest.
This man that we call Mr. "49er", despite all of life is still as it was in pretty good shape. He was definitely not a muscle-bound "" Hulk "or something like that, but he was not only overweight and healthy. As the competition unfolded, Mr. 49er won hands down. He has 70 good, nose-to-the-spot push-ups, and he would probably add a few more he was pushed! His endurance was outstanding. I was very impressed.
I asked this guy what his secret was. He replied that it is no secret. As he explained to me that he was right. Everyone has learned these principles, since it small children. The problem is that some of the practice. Here are the key he gave me for the health and wellness.
1. A regular exercise program. He has a good, solid workout in an eight-day cycle. Day 1 is for the upper body, Day 2 is for the ABS, Day 3 is based on the lower body. 4. Day is a day of rest. Then, 5-7 days are a little different routines but once again for the upper body, ABS and bottom. Day 8 is another rest day. He does not go overboard. He does not work after hours on the day. 2. Diet. Our 49-year-old friend watches what he eats and drinks. Once again he is not on a crazy diet, where it plenty of vitamins and minerals per day. What he does is eat in moderation, with a good balance. He takes a small amount of supplements daily, and he remains there. For him, the biggest factor is that he does not eat food that he knows or suspects, strongly disagree with him, no matter how delectable or socially acceptable they may be. That can mean turning your food or drink at a time when it is against his will. Mr. 49er considers his health more important than the temporary joy, that he knows the title will be meeting him again later.
3. Time with his creator. One more thing, which he specifically mentioned was that he tried, for private time with his Lord and Creator every day.
