Commit to your health and fitness goals is difficult and in order to achieve a healthy body, you have to make healthy choices each day. 7 Follow these steps to be on the road to better health in 7 days.
Day One:
Create a list of your health and fitness goals. Be aware of external voices in your head tell you what to do, and think about what you want to do. Why do you want that? What benefit are you? Check the list again and make sure that the goals you and only you are alone.
Second Day:
