It seems to me that if you ask people what their definition of mental health is that you are probably a multitude of answers. But they would probably have a common theme .... they would be in the negative of what is not healthy. We tend to think of mental health in relation to the handling or treatment of depression, anxiety, mental illness, etc. Perhaps we need it the other way around.

Perhaps a better definition of mental health, as we proactively our healthy spirit in the first place. People are often procrastinators by default so I assume that it is no surprise that many people do not think, or the time actively to ensure their long-term psychological well-being. We have a hard enough work, to our current lifestyles that we tend to not think deeply about the future.

Better or worse for the future and will eventually be too many people suffer from mental illness, that they perhaps could have prevented. Finally, the word. Help others around you are focused on their definition of mental health. This is especially true for family members. Help them to get curious what they can do to health. If not, you can use one hand to have to take care of them or with a mental problem develop.
