1. Drink plenty of water. We recommend 3 liters, sipped throughout the day for maximum hydration of the skin.
2. Use a high factor sun cream (minimum SPF 15) for each time to the product you choose blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Remember that even on a cloudy day, you can still maintain Sunday damages if you are not protected.
3. Eating a diet rich in Omega 3 - nuts, seeds, etc. - will help your skills cell function and promote a youthful complexion.
4. Try to up your intake of antioxidant-rich foods and beverages. Fresh fruit and vegetables and juices such as pomegranate and green tea contain valuable antioxidants that help protect your body from aging at the cellular level.
5. Exercise regularly for optimum functioning of the cell and increase blood flow to flush unwanted toxins.
6. Get plenty of sleep. Doctors recommend 7-8 hours per night for adults to your cells and tissues the opportunity to repair itself.
7. Avoid caffeine, salt, sugar and alcohol, as are all the toxins and have a direct impact on our overall health and as well as the quality and appearance of the skin.
8. Invest in a good skincare regime. Choose a program that is tailored to your specific skin type. Remember, products with the benefit of the active ingredients are often available off the shelf - an experienced skin care professionals to discover what best for you.
9. Do not smoke! As you lines around the mouth, smoking robs the skin of oxygen and vitamin C and can be literally twice as high as the rate at which skin ages!
10. Beware of harsh beauty products with high content of perfume, astringent properties or scrubbing agents. This skin care ingredients to disturb the natural balance of healthy skin, can cause dryness and make the skin more susceptible to infections.
