The amount of your health is no secret. Your health is strongly influenced by your daily life. Putting things into perspective however always, and of course, leads us to 7 of the most important things you can do to improve and insure your health, energy and vitality. Here are some useful things to think about:
1. Sun: Did you know that sunlight is an important nutrient? Now it is. It helps our body in many ways. Two major types are: a) our skin produces vitamin D when in the presence of sunlight, a vitamin essential for the absorption of calcium. b) the pineal gland, a small gland in the brain, by sunlight and helps our bodies regulate sleep disorders. If you look at the calcium or supplemented with supplements such as melatonin, maybe you are just little sunlight!
2. Exercise: Everyone knows that a good exercise is part of a health regime. I recommend walking 30 minutes to one hour at least three times per week. The benefits are countless, but here are a few: a) helps to ensure the lymphatic fluid throughout the body, through the important nutrients for the body tissues and Walking also helps to unwanted waste and chemicals. b) stimulates the metabolism for hours, days, after you have done.
3. Rest: You can also sleep, sleep, but is only part of the recovery. I hope you are always in sufficient amount sleep and rest when you are awakening. Remember that rest is the best time to move away from repetitive and / or stressful activities.
4. Positive mental attitude: Your attitude is your altitude! Make your days GREAT. Only you have control over how your days are spent. If life is so that you have a hard time dealing with her and not us, are you so low that you get depressed. We all need to accept that life is not perfect, but we can use our answers to all these little things that make us down.
5. Food: I am very interested in diet and nutrition. Some simple guidelines for optimum health through diet are to eat regular size meals, eat lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and cereals, avoid or eliminate processed foods and sugars, do not eat too close to bed time, and keep your blood sugar is controlled.
6. Water: One of our most important nutrients, and we can live only a few days without it. It is of vital importance for virtually all processes of life, including the digestive, circulatory and nervous and immune systems. Drink in the immediate proximity to a quart of fresh, clean water per fifty pounds of body weight per day. I recommend reverse osmosis water, it is cheap, and tastes really helps your body work.
7. Air: something that we all have to work here in Phoenix with the pollution. Walking in the morning before all of the cars and traffic will start is helpful in the fresh air. Bring your plants in the house and at work, if you can, they breathe the carbon dioxide we breathe, and they give fresh oxygen, which helps us feel alert and allows us to live healthy. We can only live a few minutes without air, so try to ensure the air quality you breathe the best can be. How you breathe is important too. Shallow breathing from the chest is like most of us speechless. But it is not the best way. Try breathing 25 breaths in the morning, afternoon and evening from the stomach, it may be to increase energy and reduce stress is enormous.
If we take these things optional, we undermine our health and the natural values of energy and vitality we feel. If you go back and review the 7 attributes of health above, see if you can agree that it is a fairly easy to follow, and some minor changes are required that of us to enjoy optimum health!
