health and wellness definition

With the discussion on the health and wellbeing, it would probably be helpful to explain what the health and wellbeing and, more importantly, why is it important for you? I'm sure there are many scientific and medical definitions, appropriate response to this question, but I will tell you my real life definition of health and wellbeing based on personal experience.

Health in my opinion is about the care of body and mind so that you can make the most of life. Well, it is when you begin to feel the benefits that are created through the effective management of your health and also all other aspects of life in the way you feel amazing. To manage your well-being into account your body and mind, but also relationships, work and life in general.

It is for this reason that I believe that health and wellbeing are inextricably linked. With a healthy body and mind, my well-being has improved because I have the physical ability, energy and positive outlook for the creation of opportunities in life and hurdles to overcome, what you are thrown my way. I enjoy being healthy, but I also enjoy all the benefits, also known as I led a healthy lifestyle. I can eat well, treat me, to my relationships and a lot in life, since the natural energy that I get from the fit and healthy.

Let me give you an example when it comes to me a little flat or down, I know that one of the best things I can do to lift my mood is for a run. In my case, I find that running gives me an outlet from my time, my worries and restore your energies. After I had a really amazing run, I feel much more positive and able to deal with whatever it was that was worrying me. When I first started, I did it fit, but now I am really motivated by the welfare benefits I just described.

On the other hand, I really sick this past week with a terrible virus. I have absolutely miserable the whole week and have not managed to move for ages. I feel shit. At the same time as sick, I am also trying to finish this site and into a new apartment to live with my amazing partner. Needless to say that these changes are fantastic that I have to again, but both were shelved, because I was sick. Now I was in my normal healthy state of mind, I would be able to see that it is just a short-term, and a week does not make a difference. Instead, my frustration has festered in my sick body, a negative attitude to creep in. The result was an irrational explosion of crappy mood wrongly fired in the direction of my partner. I now feel terrible and guilty, because no matter what you say, good or bad, you can never recover and I know that if I was healthy, it would not have happened. I think this example shows, something we all know that unhealthy may have a negative impact on all aspects of life.

So, after all, why is the health and well-being important to you? Well, I have a few reasons that I have experienced in my life. Since means that you can live healthy, longer with a better quality of life, because you have the physical and emotional arsenal, in order to thrive. Manage your wellbeing, your life and the richness of the color that is more than an existence. Well you can with a positive outlook and natural resistance, which helps you maintain your relationships, the joy of life, and to survive, what obstacles may be thrown your way.

Well, as I said, all this is not on the basis of a scientific journal. It is my opinion only on the basis of personal experience, but hopefully gives you some ideas about how to manage your health and wellbeing might help you.
